| Failure
tree |
 |
You can place elements handling
failures in the tree. They are responsible for behaviour in
the case of failure. Only horn, lamp and
acknowledgement push button are assigned. Below in the tree the single
failures are located, where a parent element represents the group or
collective failures. A failure is like a variable. It can be set and
read, but cannot be reset directly. Every failure has configurable
functions. |
|
| Just preset the operation with
parameters instead of programming it |
 |
What shall happen? Shall the lamp
always be on or should it flash slowly/quickly? Shall the horn turn
on at every failure or be quiet after the first reaction until the
complete failure is repaired? Shall the failure be protocolized?
Shall the machine be stopped automatically? Of course the last
events are shown with time.
